WARRANTY

AcerLaptopBattery.net chooses the laptop batteries to sell based on their excellent designs and proven hardware reliability. We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that accessories are included.

We have a strict testing process to ensure that your ordered products are functionally correct before they are packed and sent to you.

All batteries are covered by 30 days WARRANTY for refund or replacement and 12 months warranty for replacement as of delivery date. Delivery date here means the shipping date.

Please read the following after-sales terms first so as to better under AcerLaptopBattery.net warranty:

1. Missing Item
Items missed completely or partially from an order

2. Wrong Product Received
Product that is completely different from AcerLaptopBattery.net web description

3. Defective Product Claim
Product is claimed to be defective by the customer, but passed initial quality control inspection by AcerLaptopBattery.net engineers. Battery can not be charged / discharged etc.

4. Customer Induced Damage
Damage caused by customer's incorrect operation or insufficient protection.

5. Out Of Warranty
Product that exceeds the warranty period

6. Non-Authorization Return
Customer returns the products without AcerLaptopBattery.net authorization (RMA Approval)

7. Warranty Period
A period which is defined as “From the shipping date to the RMA application date”.


Points to Consider:

  1. An RMA request for "missing item(s)"," cosmetic damage" and "wrong product received" should be submitted within 90 days from the order delivery date. After this period, RMA requests will not be processed.
  2. If the returned products cannot be repaired due to serious damage or defect, AcerLaptopBattery.net will send the original defective item back to the customer.
  3. Please check your products carefully upon receipt of the parcel and immediately inform us of any issues.
  4. Please keep in touch with our staff while your RMA Request is being resolved. If an RMA application has not been updated in more than two months, we will regard it as abandoned by the customer and the case will be automatically closed.
